Totally agree with Jamie - never forget. I won't. I saw the worst of COVID with my mum, she went in hospital 20th April 2020 and didn't return home until mid September. 9 weeks in ICU, 5 of which on a ventilator. But I will never ever forget nor forgive the government for their Draconian response or their blatant scaremongering and lies which were given further fuel by a weak and in- step media. Jamie was my go to throughout lockdown for his sensible analysis and cutting through the blatant lies and mistruths.
I am proud to say that I never once watched ‘6 pm briefing’ , nor did I clap for the NHS.
I have not taken a vaccine , in 2011 I was stricken with Idiopathic Transverse Myelitis, which I manage myself as there is little or no treatment , however the Oxford Astra Zeneca vaccine trials had to be halted due to a woman being diagnosed with TM … how could already immunocompromised take a vaccine that had potential for a huge relapse (indeed on my admittance to hospital in 2011 the consultants first question to me was had I had any vaccinations .. I hadn’t)
This has not stopped my GP surgery ‘inviting me to the C19 & Flu clinic ‘
As for Hillary Jones and Lorraine Kelly, they are Evil ,
They have however been rewarded with Royal awards for their service .
