I doubt if anything will change because the government (of any sort) won't want to appear mean and nasty, the backbenchers won't pass any legislation and the young people seriously believe that feeling a bit blue is a major mental health illness. I know several young people who will proudly announce their list of ailments - usually starting with autism and ADHD and then going on from there. Apparently it's quite easy to just keep adding to the list. I would add that not one of them appears to have anything wrong with them other than being far too self-centred and immature (because everyone lives in their own movie and nobody needs to be mature in a world where you get free money and your mum still looks after you).
